Excellent experience there. Clean place with courteous and nice staff and good view of both mountains and water. Absolutely perfect rooms in this brand-new hotel. Great and delicious breakfast with lots of fine food.

The room cleaning policy was confusing-despite leaving items on the bed, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as our room wasn't cleaned at all . The breakfast options lacked variety. We had the same items each day, which got stale quickly. The lamp design took up too much space on the bedside tables.

The room was beautiful, clean, and offered an excellent view of sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. I really appreciated the 24-hour availability of cold water and coffee/tea, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had multiple options and was hot and delicious. This place is definitely my go-to for future visits to Bar Harbor.
